this birthday's comparatively quiet. very very quiet.

it's the first time in my life i didn't go out for dinner on my birthday. even in P5, when my sis went for OBS and my dad went overseas to work just before my birthday, i had dinner with my mum at Crystal Jade.

this year, i've succumbed to the pressures of work, so no going out today except to piano lesson.

a really quiet birthday for a really noisy kid, yet i haven't had a happier birthday in my life.

ever since i fell sick before carnival, i've been so much more appreciative of my family and for the family i have in school. everyone's just so awesome to me, and i've just been so so much happier. especially 2SY and band people. you guys give me reason to stay in SC and not to try out for IP, and i'm really really grateful to all of you for that.
